I know that the Molar Pregnancy is a very rare. In my situation at 6 – 7 weeks [September 16] I was told that the sac is empty, but my HCG was 48044. 1 and Progesterone = 36. 2. My doctor recommends me to wait for the natural miscarriage. In 2 weeks September, 29 [9 week pregnancy] another ultrasound was made and I was told that the empty sac has size of 6 – weeks pregnancy, but my HCG was 28000 and progesterone about 28. Would you say it is a molar pregnancy, based on that information? Is it really necessary to have chemotherapy after the abortion? Should I wait for the natural miscarriage or should I go with D& C surgery? How many cases the tumor has spread or come back?
